When placing an order on this website you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.

Orders are only considered accepted once payment has cleared and you have received an email from me confirming your order.

Pieces that are listed as ‘in stock’ will be posted on the next postal run, items that are made to order will take 3-4 weeks to be sent. UK postage only.  Items will usually be sent via Royal Mail second class or Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery.

Due to the current restrictions items will only be posted on a Saturday, if the order is received on Saturday they may not be sent until the following Saturday.

All work is carefully packed to try to ensure safe delivery, please inspect parcels on receipt and inform me within 48 hours if there is a problem.

Photos are taken for maximum accuracy but please note that colours may vary dependent on computer screen calibration.

As each piece is handmade slight variations in size and shape may occur.  Pieces ordered together will be matched as closely as possible.  Variations in glaze will occur in all pieces and enhance the handmade and bespoke nature of my work.

Stock indications are as accurate as possible but please be aware that an item is not confirmed as in stock until the purchase has been confirmed by email.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil your order within the time stated you will be contacted to discuss the delay and whether you wish to continue with your order.  If at this point you wish to cancel your order you can do so in writing and full payment will be returned to you within 5 working days.
